Tennessee Eviction Notice

Before a landlord can file an eviction case in Tennessee, the tenant must receive a written notice that states what is wrong and how long they have to fix it or move out. In Tennessee, a landlord must generally give 14 days' notice to pay rent or quit under Tenn. Code Ann. 66-28-505(a)(2).
