1. Who we are and what these terms cover

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern the relationship between App STR LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (the “Company”, “we”, “us”), and any person (the “Customer”, “you”) subscribing to the legalformshq.com service. By subscribing, you accept these Terms in full.

2. Description of the service

The service gives access, as a membership, to a catalog of customizable legal document templates (leases, notices, powers of attorney, wills, bills of sale, and others), an online document builder, and downloads of the resulting documents as editable Word files and print-ready PDFs.

Legal Forms HQ is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Use of this site does not create an attorney-client relationship. Documents are self-help templates provided for your private use. This product is not a substitute for the advice of an attorney. The service is a self-help tool: you select the template, provide the answers, and remain responsible for the final document. For complex situations, consult a licensed attorney in your state.

3. Price and membership

Access to the service starts with a 7-day trial billed $1.95. At the end of this period, and unless you cancel before it ends, the membership continues automatically at $39.00 per month, renewing for successive one-month periods until cancelled. The applicable prices are shown in US dollars at the time of subscription, before you pay. This automatic renewal is disclosed before payment and you must expressly consent to it at checkout.

4. Payment

Payment is made online by credit or debit card through our secure payment processor. No card data is stored on our servers. If a charge fails, access to the service may be suspended until the payment is settled.

5. Cancellation

The membership has no time commitment. You can cancel anytime, at no cost and with no justification, online from the cancellation page (/unsubscribe), in three clicks, or by email at contact@legalformshq.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid: you keep access to the service until that date and no further monthly charge is made. If you cancel during the trial, you only pay the $1.95 trial price.

6. Refunds

If you are not satisfied, contact us at contact@legalformshq.com: we will review any refund request for your latest charge in good faith. Statutory rights that cannot be waived under the law of your state of residence remain unaffected.

7. Nature of the service and limitation of liability

The templates and contents offered are drafting aids provided for informational purposes. They do not constitute legal advice and do not replace consulting a licensed attorney for complex situations. You remain solely responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, the use of the generated documents and their suitability for your situation. The Company commits to providing a service consistent with its description and uses reasonable means to keep it available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company’s total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amounts you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Acceptable use

You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and not to resell, redistribute or systematically extract the templates or generated documents outside of your own personal or business use.

Any complaint can be sent to contact@legalformshq.com. We commit to answering as quickly as possible and to seeking an amicable solution first.

10. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of law rules, and without depriving consumers of mandatory protections of their state of residence. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be brought before the competent courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
