Alabama General Power of Attorney

A general power of attorney lets you (the principal) authorize an agent to handle financial and legal matters on your behalf in Alabama. In Alabama, a power of attorney generally has no witness or notarization requirement in the statute (Ala. Code 26-1A-105).
